End design.
Drawing Notes:
Star 5A is 6 rows, 10 cells. Although it is six pointed, the upper arm and lowest arm (vertical arms) are shorter than the four side arms.
Star 5B is 7 rows, 10 cells. This time, the four side arms are shorter than the upper and lower arms.
Star 5C is 8 rows, 10 cells. This is an extreme stretch of the upper and lower arms. Still six pointed, the shape reminds me more of a throwing star.

Fun Fact:
In the United States, young children learn this nursery rhyme to say when they see their first star in the sky at night.
Star light, star bright,
The first star I see tonight,
I wish I may, I wish I might
Have the wish I wish tonight.
Stars are not the only thing people use to make wishes. For more wishing traditions, visit our wishing wells.

Row 22: space 4 times, CH [16], ST [34].
End Star 5F.
End design.
Drawing Notes:
Star 5D is 5 rows, 10 cells. Although it is six pointed, the upper arm and lowest arm (vertical arms) are shorter than the four side arms.
Star 5E is 6 rows, 10 cells. This makes the only Star of David that is 6 rows.
Star 5F is 7 rows, 10 cells. This is an extreme stretch of the upper and lower arms. Still six pointed, the shape reminds me more of a throwing star.

Row 15: ST [34], dot 3, U [136], dot 3, dot 6, ING [346], dot 6, CH [16].
Row 16: space 3 times, CH [16], ST [34].
End Star 4.
End design.
Drawing Notes:
Star 1 is 1 row, 2 cells. As you can tell, it is nothing like a star should look.
Star 2 is 3 rows, 4 cells. The top and bottom points are distinct but the four side points are touching in the same cell. An interesting shape but not what I would call a star.
Star 3 is 4 rows, 6 cells. With care, you can follow the two triangles. Now that the side points have separation, this could be called a star.
Star 4 is 5 rows, 8 cells. Now with a full cell separating the side points, this is a good star. This design became our Star of David.

Star 1 is 1 row, 2 cells. As you can tell, it looks nothing like a star.
Now with a full cell separating the side points, this is a better star.
Star Alternative is 4 rows, 6 cells. The side points are almost touching making this look more 4 pointed than six pointed. Because I drew it with the same triangles as Star 3, I included it to show another design that could be done with each set of matching triangles.
