Drawing Notes:

The moth has landed on the wall under a light. His fuzzy antennae are pointed upwards. The way the light shines has hidden his body but you can see his four wings well.

Fun Fact:

Although moths, like butterflies, belong to the order Lepidoptera, moths have noticeable differences.
The moth’s antenna is a featherlike structure.
The moth’s wings are small in relation to its body.

Fun facts:

There are thought to be approximately 160,000 species of moth, many of which have yet to be described.

Antenna comes to English from Latin which is why we add an e to pluralize the insect part. But we add an s to the antenna which brings in our radio stations and cell signals.
