Drawing Notes:

The Chameleon is drawn facing to the right of the page. The long ears are pointing upwards to the left. I was unable to draw the protruding eyes which is why a chose a silhouette. Note the distinct toes on the feet which help them climb.

Fun facts:

There are over 200 species of chameleons. They are best known for their distinct range of colors and being capable of color-shifting as camouflage.

End design.

Drawing Notes:

There are three snake heads facing up the page. Although drawn the same length, head one appears longer than head two due to the shape. Head three is thicker by one cell and appears larger than the other two.

Fun facts:

A triangular snake head (wide at the back and attached to a narrow neck), also known as a spade head, is usually the shape of a venomous snake. The more rounded head is that of a non-venomous snake. All three of these snake heads are intended to be pointed. After you have drawn snake 01, can you determine which of the heads was used for the drawing?

A cartoon-style raccoon.

Drawing Notes:

The snake is slithering down the page, his body coiled as he moves. Although only 11 inches of the page is used, our snake would be around two feet long if stretched out in a line. Do you know which of the snake heads was used for this snake ?

Fun Facts:

Venomous snakes are usually brightly colored.

Some snakes have more than two hundred teeth which point backward!

A full moon shines on a haunted house.
